or unaware?

Good morning!! I have a feeling this is going to be a great day. Take a deeeeep breath ❤️‍🩹

That’s it!

One more…

innnnnnnn & outtttttt

Okay, let’s go!!

Word of the week: unaware

un·a·ware

/ˌənəˈwer/

adjective

  1. having no knowledge of a situation or fact.

"they were unaware of his absence"

So, hear me out… if your thoughts are just what you think about, and what you think about influences how you feel, then we HAVE to start with awareness!

How often do we reflect on our behaviors, choices, stories, beliefs, habits, systems, relationships, etc.? We MUST raise our awareness.

Our emotions are behind so many of our decisions and the automatic choices we make. Awareness provides the opportunity for change. ❤️‍🩹

Get out a pen, baby 😘

Here’s how we might avoid being unaware this week:

  1. Ever feel a bit down? Me too. But like me, I’m sure there have been many moments and stretches of time where you felt AMAZING! This week, consider the moments that elicit the most joy. In accomplishments or service, what can we learn about ourselves?

  2. When it comes to uncomfortable emotions, what if we actively reminded ourselves emotions are impermanent and simply energy in motion? Let us move through our emotions by way of breathing, journaling, moving our bodies or seeking support from a friend.

  3. Life is happening no matter what. It’s amazing what time blocking and calendar management can do for peace of mind. What are some recurring stressors that might require a new system? And how can we reflect without judgement?

I’m so grateful for your eyes and I hope this brings you value. I’ve been working on my production skills while performing and expanding this mission. Thank you for being here. Keep writing!

Know thyself. ♥️
